Who we are

Looking for Pooch (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) helps pet owners use smart QR tags and a lost-pet map to support missing pet recovery.

Information we collect

  • • Pet profile information (name, breed, description, photos, optional notes).
  • • Owner contact details you choose to share (email, phone).
  • • Account details (email and password – stored securely and not shared).
  • • Scan and sighting data (time, approximate location if the finder allows GPS).
  • • Order information (name, address) processed via payment providers – we do not store full card numbers.

How we use your data

  • • To show your chosen contact details when a tag is scanned.
  • • To notify you about scans and sighting reports.
  • • To display gentle areas on the lost-pet map.
  • • To provide support and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data.
