We take your privacy seriously. The information you provide when activating your pet’s QR tag is stored securely and only shared with authorized individuals in case of an emergency or if someone finds your pet. Your home address is never displayed publicly.
What We Do with Your Data
When you register your pet's tag, we ask for the following details: your pet’s name, species, and contact information (phone number and/or email). This information is only shared with the finder of your pet if you choose to do so. You can update or remove your details at any time.
Verified Users & Responsible Sharing
Anyone who finds your pet can scan the QR tag to find contact details. This information is only shared with the finder, ensuring that they can safely reach out to you. We verify the accuracy of contact details and ensure that information is only shown with your consent.
What Happens if My Pet is Found?
When someone scans your pet’s tag, they’ll be directed to a page with your contact information. You’ll receive an alert with the location where your pet was found, so you can retrieve them quickly. If your pet is spotted on the map, the same information is shared with you for quick follow-up.
